095-2022003562, situated in Arevalo, Iloilo City, containing an area of 120 Sqm., more or less. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Revised
Rules of Court of the Philippines, the parties hereto have agreed as they do so agree to divide and partition the above-described parcel of land. That, the parties, Vilma V. Alfaro, EdvilJohn V. Alfaro, Angela Joy Alfaro-Tupas, Maria Luisa Alfaro Villaruel, Victor John V. Alfaro, do hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE AND QUITCLAIM, all their shares and interest over the aforementioned parcel of land unto, NOVIMAE ALFARO-MAVRINAC, married to
