Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ROGER MANGAT DADIVAS, has left a parcels of land known as Lot 2-A, Psd-06-007582 covered by TCT NO. T-28161, containing an area of 475 Sqm., more or less and Lot 2-F-4, Psd-061910-029669 covered by TCT No. T-26397, containing an area of
299 Sqm., more or less. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Revise Rules of Court of the Philippines, the parties hereto have agreed as they do so agree to divide and partition the ½ portion of the above-described parcel of land. That the heirs/parties do hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE AND CONVEY all their rights and shares and obligation unto ROGER DAÑOS DADIVAS JR., his heirs, successors, interest and assigns over Lot 2-A, Psd- 06-007582 with an area of 475 Sqm., more or less, free from all liens and encumbrances and to ROMAMIN
KAREN DADIVAS-ALEJANDRO, her heirs, successors, interest and assigns over Lot 2-F-4, Psd-061910- 029669 with an area of 299 Sqm., more or less, free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever.
