Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late LOURDES LASERNA REYNALDO married
to VICENTE REYNALDO; RAFAEL LASERNA married to PRISCILA BARBASA LASERNA; RAYMUNDO LASERNA married to PURA REYES LASERNA and JOVITA LASERNA has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 1040, covered by OCT No. RO-1419, situated in Brgy. Tanque, Roxas City, Capiz. Containing an area of
7,478 Sq.m., more or less. That the parties hereto being all of legal age, with full capacity to contract and
mutually agreed to settle, adjudicate and participation among themselves the above-described parcel of land left by the decedents in pro- indiviso equal share pursuant to the provisions of Sec. 4, Rule 74 of the
Rules of Court. That FERRELOU REYNALDO, MARVILOU REYNALDO BELO (the heirs of Lourdes Laserna Reynaldo married to Vicente Reynaldo) and NICANOR B. LASERNA and CARLOS G. LALLANA (the heirs of Rafael Laserna married to Priscila Barbasa Laserna), do hereby waive, renounce, quitclaim and relinquish all their shares, rights, and interest over the
ONE-FOURTH (1/4) UNDIVIDED SHARE of JOVITA LASERNA in the above-described parcel of land in
favor of CATALINA HERNANDEZ LASERNA and CHRISTINE LASERNA MENDOZA (the heirs of Raymundo Laserna married to Pura Reyes Laserna). That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS (P2,000,000.00), Philippine Currency, to their in hand paid by RAYMUND T. BERMUDEZ, married to Bingky W. Bermudez, of legal age and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to their entire and complete satisfaction, do hereby sell, cede, transfer and convey, all their respective shares, interests, claims, and participation over the above-described parcel of land to and in favor of the said Raymund T. Bermudez, his heirs, successors and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Judgee Earl Ross D.
