Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late YOLANDO B. BESORIO, has left a one fi fth (1/5)
undivided share over a parcel land known as Lot No. 1206-D-3-B-3, Psd- 06-012788, covered by the Transfer Certificate Title No. T-28543, situated in Barrio of Barra, Roxas City, Capiz, containing an area of 818 Sqm., more or less. That invoking Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the of Rules of Court, the said surviving heirs, hereby extrajudicially settle and adjudicate unto themselves the said (1/5 share) of the said estate and hereby granting SALVACION B. BESORIO, surviving wife and YSABELLE ANN BESORIO, surviving daughter are the new owners of the above-described property. Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Sheila Arenajo Artillero, a notary public for and in the City of Roxas and Province of Capiz on September 6, 2022 as per Doc No. 10; Page No. 3; Book No. LXXI; Series of 2022.
