ROXAS CITY—To date, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) of Capiz has approved the Php18-million realignment for the salaries of contractual and job order workers of the Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital (RMPH).
According to Ara si Mitang Magbanua Facebook page, the amount is drawn from the former allocation for vacant job positions in RMPH from January to May 2020.
Dr. Edmarie Tormon, OIC chief of hospital, requested the said realignment.
From this amount, P12,805,601 will be used for contractual employees and P5,194,398.07 will be shelled out for Job Order employees.
Members of the SP agreed that before it is released, the RMPH must submit to them the updated list of employees under the Contract of Services, Job Orders, and Consultants categories.
They are also requiring the accomplishment reports and daily time records of these employees.
