Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late RICHARD ALCAZAR, JR., has left a one-half
(1/2) undivided parcel of land known as Lot 8-A-2, Psd-06-068544 covered by TCT No. T-52917, situated in Brgy. Punta Tabuc, Roxas City, Capiz. Containing an area of 228 sq.m., more or less. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and invoking the provision of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto have agreed as they hereby do so agree to divide, partition and adjudicate among themselves in pro indiviso equal share over the above-described property without prejudice to the heirs or other persons who might have been deprived of lawful participation in the estate of decedent, for a period of two (2) years from and after the settlement and distribution thereof, in accordance with the provision of Section 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court.
