EXTRAJUDICIAL PARTITION WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS-Late Marcelo Diaz (March 6, 13 & 20, 2023)

Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late MARCELO DIAZ, has left parcels of land known as Lot 1582-E covered by Tax Declaration No. 03-0369, containing an area of 10,209 Sqm., more or
less; Lot 1582-F covered by Tax Declaration No. 03-0373, containing an area of 51,229 Sqm., more or less and Lot 1582-K covered by Tax Declaration No. 03-0363, containing an area of 15,657 Sqm., more or less. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and invoking
the provision of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, the parties hereto have agreed as they hereby do so agree to divide, partition and adjudicate among themselves in pro indiviso equal share the above-described properties without prejudice to the heirs or
other persons who might have been deprived of lawful participation in the estate of the decedent, for a period of two (2) years from and after the settlement and distribution thereof, in accordance with the provision of Sec. 4, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court. That for and in consideration of the
love and aff ection that MARCELO ARAGON DIAZ, JR., VIRGINITA DIAZ CANTILLER and ALEX ARAGON DIAZ do hereby WAIVE, RENOUNCE and CONVEY all their rights, interests, participation and title over the above described parcels of land unto the HEIRS OF CECILIA DIAZ- DELEÑ A, free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever. That the HEIRS OF CECILIA DIAZDELEÑ A hereby accepts the waiver of the above-described properties and hereby express their gratitude for the love and generosity shown by the aforementioned heirs of Marcelo Diaz.
