LASERNA- LALLANA, has left a parcels of land known as Lot 1040, covered by TCT No. T-166774, situated at Brgy. Tanque, Roxas City, Capiz, containing an area of 7,478 sq.m., more or less and Lot 2441, covered by TCT No. T-39484, situated at Brgy. Dinginan, Roxas City, containing an area of 96,430 sq.m., more or less. Subject of Extrajudicial Settlement before Notarial Registry of Atty. Alberto L.
