T-15669, situated in Pob., Sigma, Capiz, containing an area of 11,118 Sqm., more. That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of the Philippines and all being with full capacity to contract, Avelina D. Isiderio, Rodolfo D. Isiderio, Ricky D. Isiderio, Roberto Isiderio and Josephine D. Isiderio, do hereby adjudicate unto themselves the land described above according to the laws of succession. That the parties affirmed that they have executed to the foregoing instrument out of their own voluntary free will, without force, intimidation or violence upon their
