Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late FERNANDO ALBAR MABASA, has left Paraphernal and Conjugal Properties known as Lot 1869-B-3-E-1 covered by TCT No. T-18219, containing an area of 229 Sq.m., more or less; Lot 1869-B-3-E-7 covered by TCT No. T-18225, containing an area of 1,494 Sq.m., more or less; Lot 1869-B-3-E-6 covered by TCT No. T-18224, containing an area of 23,180 Sq.m., more or less and Lot 1869-B-5 covered by TCT No. T-15592, containing an area of 2,245 Sq.m., more or less. And Lot 1982-B, a conjugal property covered by TCT No. T-14304, containing an area of 130,525 Sq.m., more or less. All real properties were situated in the Barrio of Lawan, Roxas City. That therefore and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the parties hereto have agreed as they hereby do so agree to divide, partition, adjudicate the above estate among themselves, particularly that portion pertaining to the share of the decedent, FERNANDO ALBAR MABASA and the improvements thereon on said co-owned property in accordance with the following manner: LOURDES BUÑI MABASA, surviving wife, hereby waives, renounces and quitclaim forever, whatever share, right, interests, ownership, participation that she may have in the above described properties, as an heir , in favor of his legitimate children.
