Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ROSELA BACERO CONTRERAS, who died on October 24, 1997 at Iloilo Doctor’s Hospital, Iloilo City, was left one (1) real property known as Lot No. 668-C-3 under Tax Declaration No. 07-0262, covered by TCT No. T-16904 with an area of 37,537 sq. m., more or less. That the said Heirs agreed to settle the estate extrajudicially, partition and adjudicate unto themselves the described parcel of land in equal shares pursuant to provision of Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Rules of Court. That further, the Heirs hereby Named, Constituted and Appointed, Esteban Evan E. Contreras to be their true and Lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for them and in their names, places and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, under Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate (With Special Power of Attorney), executed by and between among the Heirs on March 10, 2023 and Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Carl Rupert Crisme Muela a notary public for City and Province of Iloilo, as per Doc No.: 361, Page No.: 74; Book No.: 6 and Series of 2023.
