T-19099, SN No. 4588374, issued in the name of Spouses LEONISO PEQUIERDA and SARRAH PEQUIERDA (referring to SARAH PEQUIERDA, the additional “R” is due to a clerical error by the Registry of Deeds); LOCATION: Roxas City; TCT NO. T-32252, SN No. 3394101, issued in the name of Spouses SARAH M. PEQUIERDA and LEONISO PEQUIERDA; LOCATION: Roxas City and TCT NO. T-28875, SN No. 2566587, issued in the name of SARAH PEQUIERDA; LOCATION: Roxas City; is subject of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Waiver of Rights to his heirs; SARAH PEQUIERDA as well as the heirs represented by HELENYTTE DETABLAN are collectively referred to herein as the “HEIRS”; the heirs/parties have agreed to divide as they do hereby divide and adjudicate, the share of late over the properties above-described equally among themselves, except for SARAH PEQUIERDA, she hereby waives all her rights in favor of all the other heirs. Thus: TCT NO. T-19099; TCT NO. T-32252 and TCT NO. T-28875; should be divided as follows: Madelaine 1/6; Glenn 1/6; Gilbert 1/6; Lyndon 1/6; Hubert 1/6 and Joy 1/6. They hereby affirm that they executed this instrument out of their own free will without force, intimidation or violence upon their person, and that the heirs represented, including SARAH PEQUIERDA, have hereby received their just and proper share and have no more claim or demand against each other in connection with the adjudication of the above-described properties.
