Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late ANTONIO J. QUIRAO JR., who died on January 4, 2019 at Roxas City, has left a one- half (1/2) undivided share of a certain parcel of land known as Lot 9, Block 23, covered by TCT No. T-31680 situated at Brgy. Tiza, Roxas City with an area 100 sq.m., more or less. That Perlinda A. Quirao do by these presents waive, renounce, relinquish and quitclaim, all her share, rights, interest and participation over the (1/2) undivided share left of the said late in favor to her son, Arvin Anthon A.
