his exclusive properties and located in Roxas City; Lot A-2-B, covered by
TCT No. T-32260; Lot B, covered by TCT No. T-20385, with improvements consisting of a residential house; all situated in Roxas City; Lot 2962,
covered by RO-3459 (OCT No. 17566); Lot No. 3852, covered by Tax Declaration No. 0400526 and a parcel of land (fi shpond) known as Lot No. 2961, covered by Tax Declaration No. 0400580, situated in Panay, Capiz,
as his conjugal properties, had been adjudicated by the heirs in pro indiviso equal shares; That the heirs WAIVED their rights, interests and participation over Lot A-2-B, covered by TCT No. T-32260 in favor of EMILY LUCILLE TANGHAL ALBAR; Further, the heirs WAVED their rights, interests and participation over the aforesaid Lot 2962, covered by TCT No. RO-
3459 (OCT No. 17566), Lot No. 3852 covered by Tax Declaration No. 0400526 and Lot No. 2961 covered by Tax Declaration No. 0400580 in favor of LYDIA T. ALBAR as per deed entered in Doc. No. 406, Page No. 83, Book No. LXXXXI, Series of 2012 under the notarial registry of ATTY. CARMELO T. ANDRADA.
