EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE WITH DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE (WENCESLAO ESTORES LAZ)

Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late WENCESLAO ESTORES LAZ, who died on February 01, 2024, has left a parcels of land known as Lot No. 6389-A, Psd-06-059274 covered by TCT No. T-29130 with TD No. 04-398, containing an area of 3,548 sq. m. more or less and Lot No. 6389-C, Psd-06-039247 covered by TCT No. T-29132 under TD No. 04- 0399, containing an area of 1,313 sq. m. more or less, both parcels of land are situated in the Brgy. Balatan, Mambusao, Capiz. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking provision of Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the heirs hereby agreed to settle the estate extrajudicially and adjudicate the same unto themselves, equally or pro indiviso. Likewise, the Heirs/ Sellers do hereby Sell, Transfer, Convey and Deliver by way of Absolute Sale the aforementioned parcels of land with the total sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php. 25, 000.00), Philippine Currency unto Thelma Luna married to Raymundo L. Luna, buyer under extrajudicial Settlement of the Estate with Deed of Absolute Sale was executed by the Heirs on February 22, 2024 and Entered under notarial registry of Atty. Mark Anthony V. Ledesma a notary public for Mambusao and Province of Capiz, as per Doc. No. 152; Page No. 32; Book No. I; Series of 2024.
