That parties are hereby agreed to divide, partition adjudicate among themselves particularly that portion pertaining to the share of the said decedent pursuant to the provision of Section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, while Mercedez Ortiz Ignacio, who is the surviving wife of the said decent, hereby waives, renounces and quitclaim forever, whatevershare, right, interest, ownership and participation that she may have in the said described properties, as an heir of the “Decedent” in favor of her Legitimate children, namely: Matthew Rodolfo O. Ignacio, Raymund Jesus O. Ignacio, Rita Marie Feliza Ignacio De Jesus and Ma. Celeste Ignacio- Santos. The Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate of Estate made by the heirs was notarized under the Notary Public
of Atty. Vincent Dela Torre Cerado on March 16, 2023 as per Doc. No. 260, Page No. 52, Book No. 1, Series of 2023.
