Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late MILDRED F. JIMENEZ, who died on October
20, 2020 at Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Dumalag, Capiz, has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 4644-A, Cad-
06-003804 covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-16051, situated in Brgy. Sto. Rosario, Dumalag, Capiz, containing an area of 6,204 Sqm., more or less. That the herein parties as co-owners, being all of legal age, and with the full civil capacity to contract, by these presents, agree to ADJUDICATE and SETTLE the aforementioned estate, pursuant to Sec. 1 & 4 of Rule 74 of the Rules of Court of the Philippines. That further, Rufi no F. Jimenez, do hereby WAIVE, RELINQUISH and TRANSFER, unto and in favor of Richel Mar Jana J. Tan and Charish June F. Jimenez, their heirs or assigns, his rights, his 1⁄2 conjugal share and ownership, together with all the improvements thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances, which will be considered as their exclusive properties subject of Extrajudicial Settlement with Waiver of Rights before Atty.
