Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late LUCIA PENSO MARCELO has left a personal property consisting the amount of One Hundred One Thousand Six Hundred Eight Pesos and Seven Centavos (P101,668.07) , Philippine Currency, at the Land bank of the Philippines, Roxas City Branch under Account No. 1931-1053-68. That pursuant to the Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the revised Rules of Court of the Philippines that the heirs of the deceased do hereby adjudicate unto themselves the abovementioned
personal property. That for and consideration for their love of their youngest brother Benjie P. Marcelo, the said heirs do hereby Waive Transfer and convey all their rights and interest unto said property.
