Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late SPOUSES ILDEFONSO B. BENLIRO & LOURDES E. BENLIRO has left a parcel of land known as Lot No. 2192 covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 089-2015001380, situated in Panay, Capiz, containing an area of 2,566 Sqm., more or less. The deceased also left Money and Death Benefits Claims from Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (AFPSLAI); Money and Death Benefits Claims from Philippine National Police; Savings Deposit with current balance of P30,084.86 at Philippine Veteran’s – Roxas City under the name of Lourdes E. Benliro with ATM No. 5901-3320-0057-2657 and Savings Deposit with current balance of P11,147.59 at the Bank of Philippine Islands-Roxas Plaridel Branch under the name of Lourdes E. Benliro & Ildefonso Benliro with Account No. 001103-3873-25. That for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and invoking the provision of section 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, the HEIRS adjudicate, share, and partition among themselves the above-described parcel of land known as Lot No. 2192 to be adjudicated in favor of AILY B. BARIA and the Money and Death Benefit Claims as well as the Savings Deposit to be adjudicated in favor of AI-BOON E. BENLIRO. Entered under notarial registry of Atty.
