A former cop was arrested for possession of suspected shabu in the Municipality of Ivisan.
Authorities identified the suspect as alias “Dodoy”, a resident of Poblacion Norte.
The 58-year-old former cop initially sold a sachet of suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer.
Upon his arrest, the ex-cop yielded three more sachets of suspected shabu.
It was reported that Dodoy was caught after a month-long surveillance was conducted.
The operation was carried out by joint elements of the Municipal Police Stations (MPS) of Mambusao, Sigma and Ivisan with the Capiz Provincial Police Office-Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit.
