Capiznons benefited from the national government caravan program that was part of the 69th birthday celebration of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
National Amnesty Commission Chairperson Leah Tanodra-Armamento led the “Handog ng Pangulo 2026: Serbisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat” in Roxas City last September 14.
Key national government agencies were able to bring various services on social, health, livelihood, and employment programs.
Capiz Governor Fredenil “Oto” Castro thanked President Marcos for bringing the services of the national government closer to Capiznons even on his birthday.
Aside from the government services, there are those who also availed the P20 per kilo rice as part of the Kadiwa ng Pangulo program at the Capiz Provincial Capitol and the Capiz Provincial Park. This was done in coordination between the Department of Agriculture (DA) and the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist.
Also joining were the Provincial Government of Capiz, the Capiz State University (CAPSU), the Capiz Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, the Roxas City Prosecutor’s Office, and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Capiz (IBP-Capiz). (Photo by By Vinz L. Deocampo)
