IN FRANK’S MEMORY — A memorial for Frank Rois A. Barbasa, a native of Roxas City whose charred body was found in Pavia, Iloilo.
The University of San Agustin (USA) and its College of Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics (CNND) in Iloilo City held a memorial for Barbasa, who was supposed to finish his nursing degree this year.
Barbasa was buried in Roxas City last May 10, 2026.
The Barbara family has also asked the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to conduct a parallel investigation in his mysterious death. The family is still questioning the police’s theory that he committed suicide and was the one who burned himself. (Photo by USA Nursing Student Council)
