Rotarians from Western Visayas and Western Mindanao recently converged in Roxas City and witnessed the induction of City Councilor Victor Federico “Dok Pip” Acepcion as the District Governor of Rotary International District 3850.
The doctor fondly known as “Dok Pip” of Rotary Club of Roxas took over the leadership of Rotary District 3850 Richard “Voting” Centino of the Rotary Club of Ozamiz North.
As the district governor 2025-2026, Dok Pip will oversee the 54 Rotary Clubs in Western Visayas and Western Mindanao.
Senate President Francis “Chiz” Escudero gave the keynote address.
Also in attendance were Roxas City Mayor Ronnie Dadivas and Capiz 1st District Congressman Howard Guintu.
