The Indigenous Peoples Day was held on October 25 at the Dumarao Sports Complex, Dumarao,
Capiz, under the 26th Indigenous Peoples’ Rights Act (IPRA).
The indigenous people from Panay Bukidnon and Ati ICCS/IPs from the province gathered for the
activity to celebrate their rich culture and traditions.
Joining the activity were Indigenous People Mandatory Representative Rafe Laluma, Senior Tourism
Operations Officer Anthony Colmo, and other guests.*
