1 piece raisin bread

Lunch
1 cup fresh spinach
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
9 cucumber slices ( with peel)
1 apple
1 cup raw broccoli
2 tablespoons low calorie salad dressing
1 cup low- fat yogurt
Snack
1/2 cup dates
Dinner
2 simmered chicken liver
1/4 cup onions
1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup Great Northern beans
1 cup skim milk
1/2 tablespoon margarine
1 piece watermelon
