Notice is hereby given that the intestate estate of the late VILMA O. ANIMAY, has left deposit account at
RCBC Bank with business address at Plaridel St. Roxas City, Capiz with an amount of Eighty Nine Thousand One Hundred Sixty Eight Pesos and Sixty Four Centavos (Php 89,168.64) and with Account No. 0000001456337364. That by reason above-stated and invoking the provision of Sec. 1, Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, Alejandro O. Animay and Meralin O. Animay hereto have agreed as they hereby do so agree to divide, partition and adjudicate among themselves in pro indiviso equal share whatever amount
deposited at the aforementioned bank. That they hereby absolve and free the management of RCBC Bank, its manager, staff s, personnel and employees from any administrative, civil and criminal liability in case if claim by any person or persons. That they bind themselves to execute this affidavit of adjudication as necessarily required by law, rules and regulations or policy of the bank to serve the purpose.
