Lieutenant Colonel Ricardo B. Jomuad Jr. of the Roxas Component City Police Station (RCCPO) and Colonel Albert D. Tapulao of the Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO) bagged awards at the recent 30th Police Community Relations Month.
Jomuad, the top cop of Roxas City, was the lone national awardee from the regional police force during the July 31, 2025 awarding ceremony at Camp Crame, the national police headquarters in Metro Manila.
Jomuad was the Outstanding Police Community Affairs and Development (PCAD) Junior Officer for 2025.
On the other hand, provincial top cop Tapulao won for the third time as the Outstanding PCAD Senior Officer for 2025 in Western Visayas region.
Tapulao was awarded at the recent celebration at Camp Delgado, the regional police headquarters in Iloilo City.
Likewise, the CPPO was also named as Best Police Provincial Office for PCR this year.
