ROXAS CITY – Capiz Governor Esteban Evan Contreras said that the provincial government will provide aid for the family of a man who drowned during a flood in Maayon town.
This was announced recently by Contreras on Capiz Kabalaka Information Center Facebook page.
“Ang provincial government magabulig sa pamilya niyo in any way nga sarang mapaabot sa inyo,” the governor said.
The victim, 50-year-old Cornillo Dapulasa, drowned while traversing the river at the Barangay Old Guia Bridge on December 2.
His body was found on December 8.*
