Personnel of 2nd Capiz Provincial Mobile Force Company and the Philippine Army’s Third Artillery Battalion conducted livelihood skills training on making powder detergent and fabric conditioner at Brgy. Astorga, Dumarao, Capiz recently.
Cpl Lady Lee Berganio of 2nd Capiz PMFC, Pfc Melchor Tamayo and Pfc Art Dorie Flores, both of 3FAB explained the procedures of making laundry detergent powder and fabric conditioner to 60 participants. They also demonstrated the proper way of making the different households cleaning products to produce quality outputs.
The participants came from Barangays Astorga, Nagsulang, Agbatuan and Sibariwan of Dumarao, Capiz.
This is one of the government’s sustainable actions and solutions towards the local communist conflict and to strengthen the skills of indigent and vulnerable members of society.*
