The Roxas City Police Station arrested a 19-year-old for rape at Poblacion Sur Balasan, Iloilo recently.
His apprehension stemmed from the arrest warrant for statutory rape issued by Roxas City Regional Trial Court Judge Eric Anthony A Dumpilo on April 28, with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
He is detained at the city police station.*
