In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG
Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1, Guidelines in the Implementation of
the Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172), Notice
is hereby served to the public that ANALYN CAÑEZAL has fi led with this
Offi ce, a petition for correction of entry in date of birth from “FEB. 29,
1973” to “FEB. 28, 1973” in the certifi cate of live birth of EMILINDA
DISTOR DE PEDRO at MALONOY, DAO, CAPIZ and whose parents are
GENARO DE PEDRO and JOVITA DISTOR.
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may fi le his written
opposition with this Offi ce not later than fourteen (14) days from the date
of this notice.
