In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1, Guidelines in the implementation of the Administrative Order No. Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172). Notice is hereby served to the public that REGIEVE BARRUELA VILLEGAS has filed with this office, a petition for correction of Sex from “MALE” to “FEMALE” in the certificate of live birth of REGIEVE BARRUELA VILLEGAS at ILAS NORTE, DAO, CAPIZ and whose parents are RENE MARTINEZ VILLEGAS and GERALDINE HUENDA BARRUELA.
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than 08 June – 17 June 2022.
