NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1, Guidelines in the Implementation of the Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172). Notice is hereby served to the public that HAYDEE LAGUD GARCIA has fi led with this Offi ce a petition for Correction of Entry in sex from “MALE” to “FEMALE” in the certificate of live birth of HAYDEE LAGUD at Dumarao, Capiz and whose parents Felix Lagud and Hilariona Macanas.
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may fi le his/herwritten opposition with this Offi ce not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
