Act 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that MATILDE VILLAGRACIA DELOS SANTOS, has filed with this office for petition for change of First Name from “VALENTINA M” to “MATILDE” in the certificate of birth of VALENTINA M VILLAGRACIA DELOS SANTOS who was born on February 14, 1946 at Maloloc Norte, Ivisan, Capiz and whose parents are EPIFANIO DELOS SANTOS and VISITACION VILLAGRACIA.
Any person adversely affected by said petition with office may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than (14) days after the last publication of this office.
