NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to the OCRG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1. Guidelines in the Implementation of the Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172), a notice is hereby served to the public that Elena D. Descalso has filed with this Office a petition for correction in the date of birth from “January 19, 1965” to “February 4, 1965” in the birth certificate of “Elena Dolfo Descalzo” who was born on “January 19, 1965” at Maayon, Capiz and whose parents are Renito B. Descalzo and Loreta Dolfo.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
