In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1, Guidelines in the Implementation of Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 2012 (Implementing Rules and Regulation R.A. 10172), notice is hereby served to the public that EDNA MAGALLANES ZACARIAS has filed with this office a Petition for Correction of Child’s Date of Birth from “APRIL 15, 1967” to “MARCH 25, 1967” in the Certificate of Live Birth of EDNA LUCES MAGALLNEZ (MAGALLANEZ), who was born on April 15, 1967 at Mambusao, Capiz and whose parents are ROMEO MAGALLANEZ and ELISA LUCES.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file a written opposition with this office not later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this notice.
