In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that CHERRY LYN K. ARROZA has filed with this Office a petition for change of fi rst name from “MILAGROS” to “MILAGROSA” in the Birth Certificate of MILAGROS VILLAMOR ARROZA who was born April 5, 1967 at Mambusao, Capiz and whose parents are FERNANDO
SORIANO ARROZA and GENOVEVA LAÑOSA VILLAMOR.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
