In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG Memorandum Circular No. 2013 1. Guidelines in the Implementation of the Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172), Notice is hereby served to the public that ROSEDELLA B. LUIS has fi led with this Offi ce a Petition for Correction of entry in Sex from “MALE” to “FEMALE” in the Birth Certifi cate of ROSEDELLA BERNAS LUIS who was born on January 11, 1996 at Panay, Capiz and whose parents are Silvino Lihayan Luis and Delia Buenafl or Bernas.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days after the last publication.
