In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that NILO RUBEN B. BILLONES has filed with this office a petition for change of fi rst name from “RUBEN” to “NILO RUBEN” in the birth certificate of RUBEN BARRIATOS BILLONES who was born on September 26, 1966 at Panay, Capiz and whose parents are SEVERINO
BILLONES and ESTERLITA BARRIATOS.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days after the last publication.
