In compliance with Section 5 of R.A. 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public ANALIZA P. ERNESTO, has filed with this Office, a petition for Change of First Name of her sister from “ANIELITA” to “AMELITA” in the Birth Certificate of ANIELITA DETABLAN PANGANIBAN who was born on April 23, 1975 at Panitan, Capiz, and whose parents are Jesus Panganiban and Elizabeth Detalban.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
