Notice is hereby served to the public that ARCELYN BENGAORAS ALCANZADO has filed with this Office, a petition for change of first name from “LEA” to “MA. LEA” in the certificate of live birth of LEA BELDIA BENGA-ORAS, who was born on 31 July 1968 at PONTEVEDRA, CAPIZ and whose parents are RAFAEL BULAN BENGA-ORAS SR. and MARGARITA BORLADO BELDIA.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
