Notice is hereby served to the public that GILBERT BENJAMIN ESTERBAN has filed with this Office a Petition for Change of First Name from “ONSITO” to “FRANKIE” in the Certificate of Live Birth of ONSITO BENJAMIN ESTERBAN who was born on 11 February 1973 at Pontevedra, Capiz, and whose parents are Donald Alonzo Esterban and Mamelia Deocampo Benjamin.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may fle his/her written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
