In compliance with Section 5 of R.A. No. 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that MARVIN PANES TOLENDRES has filed with this Office a petition for change of first name from “MANOLO, JR.” to “MARVIN” in the birth certificate of MANOLO, JR. PANES TOLENDRES who was born on 23 JUNE 1987 at PONTEVEDRA, CAPIZ and whose parents are MANOLO DEGALA TOLENDRES, SR. and CASILDA BATICADOS PANES.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
