Notice is hereby served to the public that REXCIL DUMALI FRANCISCO has filed with this Office a Petition for Correction of Entry in Sex from
“FEMALE” to “MALE” in the Birth Certificate of REXCIL DUMALI FRANCISCO born on 05 August 1994 at PONTEVEDRA, CAPIZ and whose parents are JOSE RIMSON ARGUILLES FRANCISCO and LOLINDA MANUCAN DUMALI.
Any person adversely affected by said Petition may file his/her written opposition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
