In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG
Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1. Guidelines in the Implementation
of the Administrative Order No. 1 Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172).
Notice is hereby served to the public that ANNELYN U. ALMANON,
has fi led with this Offi ce a petition for correction of entry in the Child’s
Full Name, to be read as “ANNELYN OCCEÑ O URDAS”, Child’s Date
of Birth from “AUGUST 1, 1964” to “APRIL 17, 1964”, Father’s Full
Name, to be read as “COLANSITO UADAN URDAS” and Mother’s Full
Name, to be read as “ANA JAGUIO OCCEÑ O” in the Birth Certifi cate
of ANILENE OCCEÑ O URDAS at Sapian, Capiz, and whose parents are
COLONCITO UADAN URDAS and ANA JAGUIO OCCEÑ O.
Any person adversely aff ected by said petition may fi le his/her
written opposition with this Offi ce not later than fourteen (14) days from
the date of this notice.
