NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that ARNEL G. GEVERO has filed with this office a petition for correction of change of first name from “GILDA” to “EDITHA” in the birth certificate of GILDA GLUMALID GEVERO who was born on February 13, 1969 at Tapaz, Capiz and whose parents are Dioscoro Gevero and Josefina Glumalid.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his written petition with this Office not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.
