In compliance with section 5 R.A. Act 9048, a notice is hereby served to the public that SERINEO D. GICOLE has filed with this office a petition for correction of change of first name from “ROMULO” to “SERINEO” in the birth certificate of ROMULO DENOSTA GICOLE who was born on February 7, 1965 at Tapaz, Capiz and whose parents are Alberto Gicole
and Lourdes Denosta.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his written petition with this Office not later than (14) days from the date of this notice.
