NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION
In compliance with the publication requirement and pursuant to OCRG Memorandum Circular No. 2013-1 Guidelines in the implementation of the Administrative Order No. Series of 2012 (IRR on R.A. 10172). Notice is hereby served to the public that YC G. DIGAL has filed with this office, a petition for correction of entry in sex from “M” to “FEMALE” in the certificate of live birth of YC LAPIZAR GALLAZA who was born on May 19, 1984 at Tapaz, Capiz and whose parents are Patrocenio G. Gallaza and Evelyn B. Lapizar.
Any person adversely affected by said petition may file his/her written opposition with this office not later than 14 days from the date of this notice.
