ROXAS CITY — There is no lockdown in Western Visayas, the Regional Inter-Agency Task Force (RIATF) said.
From March 23 to April 4, only essential travelers can enter and exit the region.
Essential travelers included health and emergency frontline services personnel, government officials and government frontline personnel, duly-authorized humanitarian assistance actors, persons traveling for medical or humanitarian reasons, persons going to the airport for traveling abroad, anyone crossing zones for work or business and going back home, and returning overseas Filipinos and overseas Filipino workers.
However, persons coming from Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and National Capital Region will be temporarily restricted from entering the region.
Travelers from other parts of the country still need to adhere to the travel requirements and health protocols of the local government units.*
