Notice is hereby given that a summary hearing on the petition for reappointment as notary public of REMENEO D. VALENZUELA shall be held on March 9, 2023 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning at the session hall of this court. Any person who has any cause or reason to object to the
grant of the petition may file a verified written opposition thereto, received by the undersigned before the date of the summary hearing.

Let this Order be published at petitioner’s expense before the date of hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Roxas, Province of Capiz, and be posted in a conspicuous place in the Office of the Executive Judge and Clerk of Court.
